new experiments of google ?

Some thing new about google keep show up in my browser. I just google mason, and got this screen. (Click the image to enlarge). Please notice the middle of google result. It says "Dissatisfied? See results for: masons", and then some results of search "masons" show up, and then back to the results of search "mason" again. That block seems to be some search suggestions for better keywords, or it could possibly be used as advertising purposes.
